Transient Lunar Phenomenon, is the term used to describe the inexplicable change of colour or shape that occurs on the surface of the moon. Could this account for what the Apollo 11 astronauts witnessed? It is thought that some of these phenomena, which appear as red or white hazes are caused by gas escaping from underground cavities after moon quakes, so it can't be ruled out as natural phenomena. The question is, would two highly trained astronauts mistake escaping gas for alien craft? It's certainly possible, but if that was the case surely NASA would have been quick to tell us this? It's not just strange coloured lights that appear on the moon. In 1953, John J. O'Neill and Dr H. Wilkens both independently observed a 12-mile-long 'bridge' straddling the crater Mare Crisium. The bridge later disappeared! However, the images I am now showing on screen, shows that the "Bridge on the Moon," at the western edge of Mare Crisium, is an optical illusion, with sunlight shining right through it.(The eye can perceive that the two promontories are connected, but the unsympathetic eye of a digital camera clearly shows they are not.) Ten years after the moon landings, Maurice Chatelain, the former chief of NASA Communications Systems, confirmed that Armstrong did report seeing two UFOs on the rim of a crater. "The encounter was common knowledge in NASA," he revealed, "but nobody has talked about it until now." Soviet scientists were allegedly the first to confirm the incident. "According to our information, the encounter was reported immediately after the landing of the module," said Dr. Vladimir Azhazha, a physicist and Professor of Mathematics at Moscow University. "Neil Armstrong relayed the message to Mission Control, that two large mysterious objects were watching them after having landed near the moon module. But his message was never heard by the public-because NASA censored it." According to another Soviet scientist, Dr. Aleksandr Kazantsev, Buzz Aldrin took color movie film of the UFOs from inside the module, and continued filming them after he and Armstrong went outside. Dr. Azhazha claims that the UFOs departed minutes after the astronauts came out on to the lunar surface.Maurice Chatelain also confirmed that Apollo 11's radio transmissions were interrupted on several occasions, in order to hide the news from the public. Before dismissing Chatelain's sensational claims, it is worth noting his impressive background in the aerospace industry and space program. His first job after moving from France was as an electronics engineer with Convair, specializing in telecommunications, telemetry, and radar. In 1959 he was in charge of an electromagnetic research group, developing new radar and telecommunications systems for Ryan. One of his eleven patents was an automatic flights to the Moon. Later, at North American Aviation, Chatelain was offered the job of designing and building the Apollo communications and data-processing systems. Chatelain claims that "all Apollo and Gemini flights were followed, both at a distance and sometimes also quite closely, by space vehicles of extra terrestrial origin-flying saucers, or UFOs, if you want to call them by that name. Every time it occurred, the astronauts informed Mission Control, who then ordered absolute silence." He goes on to say, "I think that Walter Schirra aboard Mercury 8 was the first of the astronauts to use the code name 'Santa Claus', to indicate the presence of flying saucers next to space capsules. However, his announcements were barely noticed by the general public. It was a little different when James Lovell on board the Apollo 8 command module, came out from behind the moon and said for everybody to hear, 'PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THERE IS A SANTA CLAUS.' Even though this happened on Christmas Day 1968, many people sensed a hidden meaning in those words."

This one turned out pretty horribly, due to the fact the levels are long and I didn't know Ocean Base 2, the worst of the three. Also, in Ocean Base 1, I demonstrated a bug after the second chao (which was pointless to repeat as I did it successfully at the last moving platform) which, if you're right at the side of the platform when you rise, you'll stop by standing at the platform.
Also, Knuckles is needed for act 1, but not act 2.
Also, there is no map chao.
Also, for those asking about the chao after the passage...
While using Knuckles and Tails, charge a tag action with R to the left of the waterfall that appears at 2'28 game time, then release and make your jump left. That'll get you to the other entrance. German DJ Thomas Kukula founded General Base around 1990. After several years of Dj'ing in Germany he decided to not only play music, but also to make and produce it. General Base released the singles "Apache" and "Poison" in 1993.
Also that year was the release of his first album "First".
