Canción principal de la banda sonora del filme "Paraíso Travel", del director colombiano Simón Brand, basado en la novela homónima del antioqueño Jorge Franco, en donde una joven pareja de novios viaja desde Medellín hasta Nueva York en busca de una fantasía que se les transforma en pesadilla... Marlon se pierde en Queens y su odisea es encontrar a Reina y, como suele suceder, el encuentro real está en la búsqueda. El artista colombiano Fonseca hace el complemento musical perfecto de la película con el tema "PARAÍSO". A ravaged childhood in a ravaged land, a paradise lost. Amidst the refuse of civilization, children strive to eke out some space to play, to make a living, to survive for yet another day. Yet their needs are simple—breathable air, some sort of shelter, and meager sustenance. Clean water for daily baths, good medical care, and decent education are nothing more than a gleam in somebody's fantasy.
Even in the midst of such environmental decay, the children see some signs of hope— birds flying where no birds dared to be.

This is a video photo montage of pictures that represent what we think of the song Paraiso (paradise) by Smokey Mountain. The subject of the video is poverty in the Philippines. This was made as a class requirement for Humanities II in the University of the Philippines Diliman Campus, under Prof. Cecilia dela Paz.
