In the development of the collectors, they used their many years of experience with CPC in combination with the latest findings from production technology.Sharp mirror edges are framed in the aluminium frame profile. The edges of the collector frame are sealed with rubber profiles. Only few screws are used in those places which need to be unfastened for maintenance; rivets are not used. In the CPC w OEM, the hydraulic connections and the sensor are located at the centre on top of the collector. The hydraulic connections to the collector are fastened and unfastened with metal cutting ring connections. This is the only type of connection which is completely wear-and-tear-free and gas-proof. The inlet and outlet pipes may be fitted on the left or the right of the manifold. Depending on the location of the inlet pipe the sensor is placed on the right or the left. The pipe registers are mass produced with just a minimum number of soldering points. This results in high leakage-safety and a reduction of internal scaling.A low specific area leads to the desired low heat capacity. The mirror is produced from a metal sheet with protective coating using accurate roll forming technology.Due to the special fastening technique the mirror can be exchanged without using tools. The heat conducting plates are made of aluminium so that even high stagnation temperatures have no effect on the metals characteristics. The heat conduction plate is folded into both copper tubes. The tube holder can be mounted and demounted from the foot rail without using tools.Sharp edges are sealed with rubber profiles. We also paid careful attention on details which are important for mounting the system: the solar installation is delivered with a tentered sun protection sheet to allow putting the system into operation even during maximum solar irradiation.Hand straps which can be attached to the collector frame ensure safe and easy transport onto and across the roof, and can be used as transport straps for quick crane mounting. if you are looking for an interesting video with some new moves or great combos, this aint the one to watch lol. had alil incident, hurt my arm, pulled a muscle bad last night (long story) and so my good arm is weak now, so you can see i was struggling with just whats shown here, and i couldn't pull off any great stuff and mega combos...some spins and light work i was comfortable with, but it was short lived anyhow, as i got a nice pop towards the end and saw trouble on its way again w/ the pole. it unfastened itself...so yet another email will be sent to lil mynx, it's been under a year so maybe they'll do somethin idk...seems like an on going issue now and i don't wanna get hurt for sure. welp that's that i'm only postin cause i had some time, was messin with the movie maker, and just felt like it eventhough its nothin good or special, who the hell cares...right lol? anyhow i hope to get a decent challenge this weekend if all goes well w/ pole and arm, it might be light, but hopefully i'll be able to pull somethin off. happy polin to all...will get to my pm's as soon as i can i know iam behind, but i love you all who write to me, my time is a bit limited but i will get to u all. *kiss kiss*
