Gran video de la Maldita Vecindad y los hijos del 5to patio "Kumbala", es un video de principios de los 90's , salio de ese gran disco llamado "el Circo" Pd. Para todos aquellos que me mientan la madre por la intro, no es culpa mia, sino de donde lo baje, asi que si quieren mentarsela a alguien , ya saben a quien :)

"Solin"-(LIVE VERSION) Maldita Vecindad y los Hijos del Quinto Patio, from their LIVE ALBUM. Directed, Filmed & Edited by Leonardo Bondani. One of the most famous, important and influential bands from Mexico City and the only one up until now to tour Europe in so many venues as massive as Roskilde Festival and small bars like the "Melkweg" in Amsterdam all over the European Union. Filmed over a 6 month tour over Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Denmark, USA & Mexico closing with a show at Mexico City's National Auditorium, for 10,000 people. Leonardo Bondani did the Visuals for their shows as well, known for being one of the best multimedia performances that fans have ever witnessed. This video aired on M T V for a whole season on a daily 6 times rotation basis. The song's lyrics talk about a circus Illusionist/Fakir that took his name from a popular little boy who's job is being the Magician-Superhero's asisstant in the popular Mexican Comic strip from the 50's: KALIMAN. (Kinda' the relationship Batman has with Robin as a tutor) An homage to the early Circus from the 40's & 50's and all street jobs, including the flamethrower, the shoe-shine boy, the knife sharpener whose calling whistle sound is integrated in the video as an instrument itself that blends with the bands live recording. Check out special shots done in the dessert of Real de Catorce and strange UFO toy from where "Pato" (the band's guitarrist) emerges, and the "Serpientes y Escaleras" graphics, a popular Mexican table game in the 40's game about fate & destiny, using the dice situations can turn from one moment to (another as in real life "causality"), shamanism imagery, and intrincated signs, simbolism and icons thet weave thru the whole video.
